Statsig is looking for an experienced and hands-on sales leader to manage our team of Enterprise Account Executives. In this role, you'll lead a group of sellers focused on closing new business and growing large-scale enterprise accounts across verticals. You’ll work closely with our senior leadership team to drive pipeline growth, unlock strategic opportunities, and help build a scalable enterprise sales motion.
We’re looking for someone who has successfully led enterprise AEs before, knows how to coach deal strategy with rigor, and thrives in fast-paced environments. If you’ve worked in the data platform, devtools, or analytics space—this is a great fit.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise AEs, with a focus on high performance and growth
Drive outbound strategy, pipeline coverage, and pipeline progression through structured sales methodology (such as MEDDPICC)
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Success to ensure we’re winning across the sales funnel
Lead by example by jumping into key deals, joining customer calls, and helping your team navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
Drive accountability through weekly deal reviews, forecast calls, and ongoing 1:1 coaching
Contribute to the culture and systems of a growing sales organization
4+ years of experience managing Account Executives, ideally focused on enterprise or strategic accounts
4+ years of direct selling experience into large enterprise customers in SaaS
Strong command of outbound pipeline generation, qualification frameworks, and forecast accuracy
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies
Excellent communicator with a strong executive presence
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Preferred experience in or adjacent to the data, developer tools, or infrastructure software space.
