Following our recent Series C raise and $1.1 billion valuation, we’re entering a period of hypergrowth and aim to double our customer base over the next year. As the first Sales Enablement Manager hire at Statsig, you’ll play a key role in fueling overall company momentum and have direct impacts on building out our sales organization. This role has incredible upward trajectory opportunity for a candidate who lives the Statsig values and has demonstrated success in building sales enablement strategies from the ground up.
We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Manager with a strong focus on product enablement to empower our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and content needed to sell effectively. In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner closely with product, marketing, and sales to turn complex product features into clear, actionable insights.
You’ll lead product training, build sales materials, and ensure the team is ready to communicate value and close deals. If you're a strategic thinker who excels at simplifying complex, technical, product information and driving sales impact, this could be the role for you!
Develop and implement comprehensive product enablement programs that equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills to effectively position and sell our products.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to create and deliver training materials, sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and other enablement resources.
Lead ongoing training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate the sales team on product updates, market trends, and competitive differentiators.
Build and manage a content library of sales collateral, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with product messaging and positioning.
Conduct sales performance analysis to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between sales and product teams to relay customer feedback, sales challenges, and market insights.
Partner with sales leadership to assess skills gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives that enhance the team’s effectiveness.
Implement and manage sales enablement tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration into the sales workflow.
5+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Training, or GTM readiness.
Experience in a SaaS company with a technically complex product.
Background in sales is preferred but not required
Proven track record in developing and delivering product-focused sales training programs from the ground up.
Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices (MEDDIC, Spin Selling, Challenger, etc.)
Experience in building and managing a content library of sales collateral.
Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills—you know how to make training engaging!
Skilled at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Proficient in sales enablement tools, LMS platforms, and CRM systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and juggle multiple initiatives.
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement KPIs and making insight-driven decisions.
Compensation
The base range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 annually + bonus and generous equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as level, position-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
