Summary:
We're currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and lead generation goals. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from marketing and sales, you'll be instrumental in optimizing lead-flow initiatives that drive sales and business development efforts.
What you’ll do:
- Drive continual optimization of the marketing automation processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and marketing outcomes.
- Develop and document marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and alignment across teams
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informing marketing strategies and decision-making
- Oversee the global marketing technology stack and drive the strategy for its development and optimization to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Drive efficiency through improved technology strategy (both internal and external tools)
- Maintain, monitor and improve integrations between marketing technologies and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Strengthen relationships with key martech vendors and partners to leverage available tools to their full potential.
- Collaborate with RevOps to architect a scalable, robust system of tracking and data management to support a scaling marketing organization and a campaign operations program to provide credible visibility into marketing impact to revenue of all types
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for marketing systems and processes
- Administer and maintain marketing technology platforms, such as Marketo, SFDC, and analytics tools, ensuring data integrity, system integration, and user access permission
- Manage campaign setup and data flow from Marketo to Salesforce to ensure the integrations are functional, and that lead and responses are routing and scoring properly across our tech stack
- Create and manage a unified view of all marketing data sources, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the customer journey and enhance lead generation and nurturing
- Use advanced analytics to provide actionable insights that support the day-to-day and strategic decisions of our demand and growth marketing teams. Provide additional insight as to how marketing can support Sales and Product.
- Champion data-driven decision-making processes and tailor marketing strategies to cater to different markets and customer segments on a global basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing campaigns are informed by solid analytics and tailored to drive demand, pipeline, or signups
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for optimization
- Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance metrics and KPIs
- Partner with marketing to build, set-up, test, and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and forms
- Manage customer segmentation and targeting for both marketing campaigns and sales team prioritization
- Monitor and recommend improvements for email deliverability, data quality, and trends
- Work with marketing teams to develop A/B testing criteria and maintain a testing schedule to optimize campaigns
What you’ll bring:
- Direct experience managing or working with Marketo and Salesforce, building reports and campaigns
- Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to think logically and critically while having a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Notion to effectively document processes, initiatives, and training materials
- Capable of thriving in a remote work setting, demonstrating strong independent work ethic and effective communication skills
Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
