Position Overview:
At Temporal Technologies, we're revolutionizing the way businesses operate, and our RevOps team is at the heart of this transformation. We're seeking a dynamic Systems Administrator with a passion for Sales and Marketing Operations to supercharge our Go-to-Market systems and processes. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our sales and marketing engine, fine-tuning and optimizing systems to drive efficiency, fuel growth, and elevate our business to new heights. This is an individual contributor (IC) role with the opportunity to significantly impact our organization with room to grow and scale.
What you'll do:
- Tailor and optimize Salesforce to align with the specific needs of sales and marketing operations.
- Conduct routine system upkeep, including the management of user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Design and manage flows, data validation rules, and assignment rules to enhance sales and marketing processes.
- Identify and refine key business processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement new reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and configure custom fields, page layouts, and Lightning record pages.
- Automate workflows to trigger record creation or updates based on defined actions.
- Ensure high data quality through ongoing monitoring, cleansing, and deduplication efforts.
- Design operational processes to drive efficiency and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party tools and applications.
- Provide first-line support to sales and marketing teams, resolving issues and generating ad hoc reports as needed.
- Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures comprehensively and accurately.
- Support operational tasks and process optimizations to enhance daily workflow efficiency.
- Stay informed on the latest Salesforce updates and features, advising on best practices for adoption.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Proficiency in Marketo and Gong (or equivalent systems), with the ability to integrate these platforms with Salesforce
- SFDC development experience would be preferred and highly valued but not required.
- Experience with SaaS-based sales and go-to-market
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce
- Experience with data integration, preferably involving Salesforce, Marketo, and other databases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on supporting GTM (Go-to-Market) teams.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing Operations, including best practices and key processes.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation:
- The estimated pay range for this role is $90,000 - $124,000.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.
