You will have the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, partner with leaders across the company, and help shape the financial framework for a growing, category-defining technology.
What You’ll Do

- Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and departmental budgets, including headcount planning.
- Partner with HR and department leaders to monitor workforce plans, hiring pacing, and budget variance.
- Track and analyze actuals vs. budget for discretionary and non-discretionary expenses, providing clear insights on spend trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc business reviews for executive leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting, and planning processes to enhance scalability and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Operations, ideally within high-growth cloud/SaaS environments.
- Direct experience analyzing and forecasting cloud infrastructure spend (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understanding key cost drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that influence cross-functional strategy.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Omni).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, including non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience with financial systems and data infrastructure such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and building scalable processes from the ground up.
- Interest in contributing to an inclusive, collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
