Job Title: Marketing Demand Generation Manager

Location: Ideally Des Moines, Seattle, Boulder/Denver

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in driving awareness, leads, engagement, and conversions for our rock-picking solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing the website, driving trade shows and event participation, and defining and executing multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and grow our customer base.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with a deep understanding of digital marketing, event management, and lead various generation tactics, preferably with experience in the agriculture or related industries.

In this role you will:

  • Multi-channel Demand Generation Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid search, direct mail, print advertising, content marketing, etc., to drive awareness and capture high quality leads likely to convert.
  • Website Management: Oversee and optimize TerraClear’s website to improve user experience, SEO, and lead generation efforts. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute strategies that nurture leads through the sales funnel. This includes creating targeted content, messaging, and offers for each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Event Marketing: Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of TerraClear’s participation in industry events and trade shows. Collaborate with sales, success, services, and product teams to ensure effective representation and alignment with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including website KPIs, lead generation, lead conversion, and event ROI. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales,success, service, product, and our custom service partners, to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where resourcefulness is key
  • Desired experience in the agricultural services industry.
  • Proven experience managing websites (prefer WordPress experience) and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, text marketing, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Experience in trade show and event participation execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A good sense for design and the ability to write compelling copy.

Base salary pay range: $95-130k USD
