Location: Remote based in the US (Eastern OR Central Time)

Delivery - day to day, you’ll:

• Acting as the first point of contact for people queries in the team, assisting and directing these as required.
• Ensuring our people data and systems are always up to date, accurate, and a true reflection of our workforce.
• Drafting all people correspondence (e.g., employment contracts, contractual change letters)
• Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, including; Bamboo, welcome boxes, and coordinating with Tech Ops on IT equipment, etc.
• Coordinating the delivery of our regulatory learning program and our learning framework as it’s created.
• Supporting our Talent Partners in the recruitment process, delivering a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience simultaneously.
• Owning the induction experience.
• Supporting the people and marketing team with delivering people-related projects e.g., social media posts, awards submissions, etc.
• Supporting our executive team with ad hoc diary management and administrative support as needed.
• Keeping our people-related intranet pages up to date and supporting on delivery of internal communications and people engagement projects as needed.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing BambooHR for a minimum of 2 years.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency.
• Possesses a growth mindset, readily engaging in hands-on experiences to explore new avenues. Enthusiastically embraces problem-solving and enjoys the process of unraveling complexities.
• Exhibits proficiency in handling data and systems.
• Experience working in a people team, understanding key processes and principles aligned to the people lifecycle.
• Experience and comfort in working in an agile team environment with delivery based on two-week sprints.
• Understanding the importance of maintaining integrity and confidentiality of all people-related information.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
