TROOP is hiring an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team during an exciting phase of growth. As a Content Marketing Manager at TROOP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy and driving our mission of making it easy to bring people together for in-person meetings. We’re seeking a marketing professional with a strong track record of crafting impactful content strategies that accelerate brand awareness, engage audiences, and fuel growth through compelling, user-centric storytelling and campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

Content Creation:

    • Develop and deliver a wide range of content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, press releases, award submissions, and video scripts, ensuring all materials reflect Troop’s brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
    • Create high-quality, engaging narratives for digital platforms and for speaking opportunities to drive thought leadership and audience engagement.

Content Strategy:

    • Partner with internal teams to understand content needs and ensure they align with business priorities, creating a strategy that supports both short- and long-term goals.
    • Maintain a clear content calendar to coordinate campaigns, track performance, and adjust plans based on performance data, competitive research and industry insights.

Vendor Coordination:

    • Collaborate with external vendors, including designers, videographers, researchers, and other content creators.
    • Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content by providing clear briefs, guidelines, and constructive feedback to vendors.
    • Ensure timely delivery of content projects while adhering to budget and quality standards.

Brand Voice and Guidelines:

    • Own and refine Troop’s brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, ensuring consistency across all content channels and campaigns.
    • Train and guide internal and external contributors to ensure consistency across all content.

Customer Marketing and Advocacy:

    • Work with Customer Success to uncover and showcase customer success stories, creating case studies, testimonials, and advocacy-driven content.
    • Develop community-driven content and campaigns to strengthen user engagement, build loyalty, and amplify customer achievements.
