Trip Coordination provide a key link between sales, our customers and destination operators. The role primarily focuses on operations, ensuring smooth trip execution in destinations around the world, and also includes sales and operator support. An Associate Trip Coordinator should display an acute attention to detail, have an analytical mind, love organization, keep calm under pressure, work well with others, and are passionate about travel.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor trip communication platform for hosts, travelers, TrovaTrip staff and operators
  • Assist in gathering and finalizing traveler information
  • Create roommate assignments
  • Prepare and assist with trip communications for hosts and travelers
  • Ensure traveler payments are received by due date
  • Prepping guides for upcoming trips
  • Reviewing and updating technical itineraries received by operators
  • Anything additional to help support Trip Coordinators
