Job Description

Typeface is looking for a Senior Recruiter who will play a key role in the strategic growth of our teams and establishing the recruiting foundation. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting focused on GTM and G&A roles and handling recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for a variety of roles in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing, creating job postings, reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, presenting and negotiating offers
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our recruitment strategy
• Identify and assess talent and recruit active and passive candidates
• Build robust candidate pipelines using Greenhouse
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with them to understand their hiring needs
• Advocate for the company and candidate alike and provide an excellent candidate experience
• Utilize data reporting to improve the recruitment process
• Manage recruitment operations and provide back-office support
• Generate reports and metrics for analysis and decision making

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a fast growing tech startup
• Proficient with Greenhouse
• Detail-oriented, excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Expert negotiator, have the ability to influence others
• Ability to pivot and move quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality work
• Adept at project management and manage time and prioritize tasks independently
