Mission:

We are looking for a passionate individual who can help accelerate our exciting journey. As the first Technical Product Manager in Hyderabad office, you will be in the driver’s seat to define and execute the AI platform strategy, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities. As a company, we are focused on using data-driven strategies to achieve our goals, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about AI platforms, understands complex technical architectures, and can effectively use data to inform decisions.

Job Overview:

As a Technical Product Manager - AI Platform, you will be responsible for building a scalable and robust AI platform that enables Typeface applications to seamlessly integrate and leverage advanced AI capabilities. You will also be responsible for driving platform adoption, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the seamless deployment of AI infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, infrastructure, security to create an AI ecosystem that empowers enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with different product areas and platform teams + design team to build the best-in-class AI platform.
• Bring in the latest technological advancements in the areas of LLMs, AI Agents, and Knowledge graph to deliver value for our enterprise customers.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities for enhancing Digital Asset Management, enterprise connectors, search capabilities, and generative AI features, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact and effort.
• Drive up product usage by optimizing user interactions with digital asset workflows, enterprise search tools, and AI-generated text and image features across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers to build and co-launch new products and features that drive growth.
• Analyze usage and iterate on AI feature enhancements to optimize user engagement and enterprise adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or a related field. If you have AI engineering background/experience you’d be a great fit.
• 4-5+ years of experience in technical product/program management and/or direct experience in building products in an enterprise space.
• Experience and good understanding of building platforms and infrastructure technologies. Good understanding of the latest AI technologies is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and to get things done.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company
• Experience building with best-in-class product design principles
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with user research and customer development methodologies

Location: This is an onsite role reporting to our Hyderabad office.
