Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Go-To-Market leadership team. This role will serve as a critical partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success—and act as a key liaison to the Office of the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness of a fast-paced, high-impact team shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple GTM leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate scheduling across time zones for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
- Prepare, edit, and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Plan and execute team meetings, QBRs, offsites, and company-wide events—including agenda creation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison and communication point between GTM leaders, internal teams, customers, and the Office of the CEO to ensure clear alignment and execution.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Provide general office support, including supply coordination, space planning, and document management, to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, ideally supporting commercial or revenue-facing executives.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Outlook calendar management tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
Base Salary
The base range for this role is $140,000-$165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
