Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by companies like Cisco and ConocoPhillips, we’re entering a major growth phase and building the marketing engine to support it.
We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale our pipeline engine. This leader will drive our demand strategy across events, field marketing, paid media, webinars, ABM, and integrated campaigns — turning marketing programs into measurable revenue impact.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to build a modern, data-driven demand engine.
Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and pipeline creation model
Build and execute integrated campaigns across channels including events, webinars, paid media, ABM, and content
Align marketing programs to revenue targets and sales priorities
Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline
Partner closely with Sales to identify target accounts and design programs that create meaningful engagement
Build scalable demand programs that consistently generate qualified opportunities
Own the measurement framework for demand programs including attribution, funnel conversion, and pipeline impact
Be deeply analytical and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance
Turn insights into repeatable growth playbooks
Manage and optimize marketing automation and lead lifecycle processes (HubSpot)
Improve lead routing, scoring, nurture flows, and campaign tracking
Build systems that support scale as the company grows
Work closely with Sales on account targeting, pipeline generation, and campaign alignment
Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into demand programs
Collaborate with Design to create high-performing campaign assets
10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing
Proven experience building pipeline programs at early-stage B2B SaaS companies
Strong growth marketing mindset — constantly testing, iterating, and optimizing
Deep focus on pipeline impact, conversion rates, and ROI
Highly analytical and data/measurement obsessed
Experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong collaborator with sales teams and cross-functional partners
You’ll build the demand engine for a category-defining AI company
You’ll have direct ownership of pipeline growth
You’ll work closely with leadership and help shape the go-to-market strategy
