Who we are:

Yoodli is your private communication coach. Our dream is to help people around the world improve their communication skills without feeling judged. We’ve raised $7M+ in seed funding from leading investors such as Madrona, AI2, Cercano and other industry experts. Our work has been featured in outlets including WSJ, Inc., and Geekwire. We recently announced a partnership with Toastmasters International to bring AI powered speech coaching to 300k+ members globally. We’re a mission focused and fast growing startup based out of the Allen AI Institute in Seattle. The team includes alumni from GoogleX, Apple, Intuit among others. What we’re hoping you bring:

You’re passionate about the mission and excited to build our enterprise sales team from the ground up (this is our second SDR hire!). You have experience working in fast-moving and ambiguous startups as an early employee. We’re open to remote work but would prefer if you’re in the Seattle area

About you:

Good communication skills: You’re strong at written and verbal communication. You deliver updates with authenticity, conciseness, clarity
Able to develop genuine relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues
Excited to learn: You’re willing to try new things from cold calling to emailing to speaking in front of large groups
Ambitious, self-starter equipped with tenacity, resilience and integrity
Thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against agreed KPI’s

Extra credit experience:

Experience working in a sales role
Experience at early stage startups
Experience working with a CRM such as Hubspot

Salary Range

Compensation from $50,000 - $100,00 with uncapped quota. Includes base and commission salary
