What we’re hoping you bring:

You have experience in demand gen and/or growth roles at early stage startups. In this role, you will be our first marketing hire and will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all our marketing efforts, primarily focused on driving the pipeline (sales qualified opportunities) for our B2B efforts.
You will develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads. You’re obsessed with numbers, creative experimentation, and tracking quantifiable outcomes. You understand top of funnel marketing channels, SEO and SEM, webinar based marketing, targeted social ads, and email retargeting. You know that the goal is to “make sales easier.” You’re excited about early stage startups, constant iteration, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats. In this role, you’ll report directly to the CEO. It is an Individual contributor role to start.

About you:

At least 3 years of B2B demand gen experience in SaaS
Experience driving top of funnel metrics, nurturing leads, and running marketing campaigns end to end
You’re self sufficient and are able to operate with limited design support (ie. you’re comfortable writing copy, building basic mockups)
Comfortable working in low/ no budget environments - you’re willing to find creative ways to drive qualified pipeline
Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills. You’re able to balance relying on data with trusting your gut
You’ve previously owned a marketing OKR (leads, MQLs, sales opportunities, revenue)
Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation/ measurement systems such as Hubspot and Google Analytics
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for clear and persuasive articulation of ideas
Humility, creativity, and team-first-attitude, with a love for learning

Extra credit experience:

Experience driving conference based marketing campaigns
Familiarity with Zapier/ low or no-code based integration software

Compensation

Base compensation range from $100,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
