We recently announced a partnership with Toastmasters International to bring AI powered speech coaching to 300k+ members globally. We’re a mission focused and fast growing startup based out of the Allen AI Institute in Seattle. The team includes alumni from GoogleX, Apple, Intuit among others. What we’re hoping you bring:
You’re a full stack account executive - you lead deals from call (prospecting) to close. You’re passionate about the mission and excited to build our enterprise sales team from the ground up (this is our second AE hire!). You have experience working in fast-moving and ambiguous startups as an early employee. This role is remote but we’d highly prefer someone who’s Seattle based.
About you:
3+ years of experience in sales roles at early-stage startups
Comfort with CRMs (Hubspot), drip sequencing, sales pipeline projecting
Excited about cold emailing, outbound outreach, handling inbound inquiries
Emphasis on delighting the customer: From initial intros to customer success
Humility, creativity, and team-first-attitude, with a love for learning
Mentor SDRs, create sales playbooks, build sales org
Extra credit experience:
Experience selling into L&D or enablement
Built a sales org from scratch
Salary Range
Compensation from $120,000 - $180,000 including base salary and commission (with an uncapped quota)
