Yoodli is a genAI communication coach. Our dream is to help people around the world improve their communication skills without feeling judged. We’ve raised $7M+ in seed funding from leading investors such as Madrona, AI2, Cercano and other industry experts. Our work has been featured in outlets including WSJ, Inc., and Geekwire. We recently announced a partnership with Toastmasters International to bring AI powered speech coaching to 300k+ members globally. We’re a mission focused and fast growing startup based out of the Allen AI Institute in Seattle. The team includes alumni from GoogleX, Apple, Intuit among others. What we’re hoping you bring:

You’re a full stack account executive - you lead deals from call (prospecting) to close. You’re passionate about the mission and excited to build our enterprise sales team from the ground up (this is our third AE hire!). The role is an IC position. You have experience working in fast-moving and ambiguous startups as an early employee. This role is remote but we’d highly prefer someone who’s Seattle based. You’re comfortable genAI technology (eg. you’re OK without much sales engineering support) and have experience with land and expand motions

About you:

5+ years of experience in sales roles at early-stage startups
Comfort with CRMs (Hubspot), drip sequencing, sales pipeline projecting
Excited about cold emailing, outbound outreach, handling inbound inquiries
You have experience with land and expand motions; work closely with CS and eng teams
Humility, creativity, and team-first-attitude, with a love for learning
Mentor SDRs, create sales playbooks, build sales org

Extra credit experience:

Experience selling into L&D or enablement
Have been a founding AE at high growth startups

Salary Range

Compensation from $160,000 - $220,000 including base salary and commission
