Crowd Cow is seeking an exceptional Sales & Business Development to drive growth, forge strategic partnerships and advance our mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable craft meats from independent farms to consumers nationwide.

About the Role:

You’ll step in as a key driver of growth for Crowd Cow’s B2C and B2B corporate gifting programs. You’ll take the lead in helping organizations craft memorable and impactful gifting experiences that deepen connections. Whether it’s thoughtful gestures of employee appreciation or distinctive thank-you gifts for customers, you’ll be instrumental in defining how businesses leverage Crowd Cow’s gifting platform to express gratitude, celebrate milestones, and build lasting relationships.

What You’ll be Doing:

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of cold outreach, warm prospecting, and consistent follow-up to close deals. With a standout product and top-tier customer service behind you, much of the heavy lifting is already done—you’ll focus on getting our offerings in front of the right people (with support from our team every step of the way).

What you Have:

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated 4-6 years of success in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in e-commerce, technology or consumer goods. Responsible for increasing revenue in a startup or small-team environment, converting leads into loyal customers through deals valued between $2000 and $20,000. Proficient in leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and optimize sales pipelines with precision.
  • Business Development Expertise: Established profitable strategic partnerships in sectors such as SaaS, retail or fitness, expanding market presence and boosting customer acquisition. Skilled in identifying opportunities, negotiating, and fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients and niche collaborators.

Qualifications & Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in sales methodologies

  • Have a passion for craft meat and the people who produce it

  • Compensation is a combination of a base salary and primarily commission, OTE well into six-figures, with no commission cap.

  • The position is fully-remote, and we mostly work Pacific Time (not strict, but a good guideline).
