Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Delivery Program Manager to lead our Product Operations function. This role will drive operational efficiency across the product lifecycle, ensuring the seamless alignment of product strategy, execution, and customer impact. You will serve as a critical bridge between product, engineering, customer success, and other key teams, ensuring data-driven insights and efficient workflows enable exceptional product delivery and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Delivery & Operations Optimization:
- Develop and manage scalable frameworks to streamline product planning, execution, and delivery processes.
- Establish and maintain workflows for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the product delivery pipeline and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
2. Strategic Enablement:
- Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that operations align with the organization’s mission of delivering customer value.
- Collaborate with product leadership to refine and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Develop and implement processes to prioritize customer-driven initiatives and align them with business goals.
3. Data-Driven Insights & Experimentation:
- Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts to support product strategy and decision-making.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product performance, usage trends, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with Product Managers to help conduct experimentation by coordinating A/B tests, tracking results, and ensuring accurate data collection for product enhancements.
4. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment:
- Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customer success teams to improve alignment and communication.
- Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure feedback loops inform product strategy and roadmaps.
- Facilitate regular updates to leadership on product delivery milestones, risks, and opportunities.
5. Tools & Process Enablement:
- Own and optimize the product team's tools and technology stack, ensuring adoption of best practices across teams.
- Manage the integration and operation of tools for product roadmapping, backlog management, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP) are a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs and improving operational workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Tableau, or similar product management and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud services, SaaS platforms, or IT infrastructure is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
- Proven experience in identifying and automating process workflows that help delivery become more efficient
